A bittersweet combination of Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth the Negroni is the bartender's favourite drink and the perfect aperitivo cocktail.

1oz Selva Gin

1oz Campari

1oz sweet vermouth

Build in glass over ice, stir a few times and garnish with an orange zest.

Unlike some gins, Selva Gin has character enough to drink neat but it best enjoyed in your favourite cocktail. These are our 3 favourites.

A variation of a classic gimlet but with fresh lime juice in place of lime cordial and the addition of aromatic bitters, this one goes down far too fast.

2oz Selva Gin

1oz freshly squeezed lime juice

0.5oz simple syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Shake for about 15 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass. No garnish.

Wet Martini

A variation of the classic Dry Martini but with more vermouth.

2oz Selva Gin

1oz dry vermouth

1-2 dashes orange bitters (optional)

Stir for about 30 seconds until ice cold and strain into a chilled coupe or Martini Glass. Garnish with a limón mandarina or lemon zest.

Selva Gin is a collaboration between two bartenders – one English, one Colombian – , a Colombian chef in partnership with Turicum Distillery in Zurich, Switzerland. Based out of Bogotá, Medellín and Barranquilla we are perfectly placed to source fresh ingredients from all over Colombia from the cold altitudes of the páramo in the Andes to the tropical Caribbean coast.
